Barter rentals are available year-round except for major holidays and the
summer season, which are only sold for barter at the last minute (usually
24-48 hours before the arrival date). Please call for availability during
those high-demand periods.

Rentals for major holidays and summer season are only available for barter
on a last-minute basis. Call no earlier than 48 hours before your desired
arrival time to check availability. We do not make these rentals earlier
than 48 hours before the start of the holiday or the desired week.
All other times of the year are available first-come, first-served for
barter.

Payment and Cancellation Policy: Barter rentals are non-refundable.
After you call or email us regarding a rental, we send you a rental agreement
by email. The last page of the agreement must be filled in with your payment
information and faxed to us. After we have successfully charged your credit
card and/or barter account, you have a confirmed reservation.
We do not "pencil in" a reservation when you call or email us.
You have a confirmed rental only after we have received payment.
Our policy is first-come, first-served. If more than one guest wants the
same dates, the guest who pays us first gets the rental. We have had unfortunate
experiences where a guest makes a "reservation" and then fails
to pay us, then calls us a few days before the rental and tells us they
have changed their plans. Meanwhile, we have turned away other guests who
have by that time made other arrangements. To avoid this, we instituted
our current policy.
